In this role, you'll provide top-notch support to our clients and customers, managing calls with professionalism and care. You'll handle various tasks, including outbound calls, data entry, and appointment scheduling, all while upholding the highest standards of service and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers and clients through consistent outbound calls, using provided tools to document interactions effectively.
Data Entry: Accurately capture and enter customer information into our system.
Upselling: Promote and upsell products and services based on customer needs.
Appointment Scheduling: Set appointments in a business-to-customer setting, ensuring efficient scheduling and follow-up.
Campaign Knowledge: Stay informed about campaign products, services, and promotions to provide relevant information to customers.
Qualifications:

Experience: At least one year of call center experience, including working with automatic dialers and call scripting.
Communication Skills: A clear, professional, and friendly voice, with excellent people skills and active listening abilities.
Reliability: Demonstrated outstanding attendance and punctuality.
Sales Experience: Preferred but not required.
Education: High School diploma or GED.
Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency are essential.
Outbound Experience: Previous experience in an outbound call environment is required.
Work-From-Home Requirements:

Technology: PC or laptop with Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible).
Internet Connection: Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable).
Equipment: USB-connected headset and webcam.
Workspace: A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, including pets and children.
