We are looking for Chiropractor to join us full-time or part-time in our Chiropractic Wellness clinic in Sugar Land, TX. We are looking for an Associate who is passionate about Chiropractic care and the continued benefits it brings! Do you like focusing more on personalized, patient care and less on the headaches of owning a practice? Do you enjoy helping patients improve their quality of life? Then we are the practice and team for you! We take care of the business aspects, paperwork, billing, and management, while you do what you do best, concentrate on improving the quality of life for the patients who walk through the door. Schedules are flexible with full-time position available on four/five-day work weeks with a part time weekend availability.

We are a wellness clinic that focuses on patient satisfaction and helping our patients achieve their health and wellness goals and have provided the highest level of care for over 10 years. We have 2 clinics currently and are looking to expand into a third. We are knowledgeable and well-respected group with a phenomenal support staff and a stellar reputation within the community. Our drive for personalized care and patient satisfaction has led to our practice growing quickly, and we need a great adjuster who can jump right in and provide high quality care along with our fantastic, welcoming, and friendly team. The goal of the clinics is for the doctors to use their professional time caring for patients. You will work side by side with two DC's with a goal of helping and healing as many patients as possible in our community.
Responsibilities:
-Patient exam/evaluation (review medical history and pertinent imaging/records)
-Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body- 30 to 50 patients a day (target is 40/day)
-Educate patients on the continued benefits of routine chiropractic care
-Provide a recommended course of treatment
-Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in the clinic software
-Building positive doctor-patient relationships
-Help with membership and package sales
-Work closely with the other DC's and Front desk in a team environment to help the clinic to grow.
Qualifications:
-Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
-Valid DC license in TX
-Will consider recent grads
Schedule:
-Full-time and weekend Part time
-Weekday and Weekend availability
Total Compensation:
-$70k-$100k per year plus Benefits
