Client Service Representative
Fidelity TalentSource is hiring a Client Service Representative – Core Contributions to work at Fidelity in Westlake, Texas or Salt Lake City, Utah.

The Role
The Client Service Representative is a member of the Core Contributions team and is responsible for the timely and accurately processing and qualification of contributions to Fidelity Charitable customer accounts. As a member of FC’s inclusive Service Delivery team, the Client Service Representative will be part of our highly motivated, fast paced team, will possess a solid understanding of service operations, and be able to manage priorities well.

Fidelity Charitable helps donors maximize their generosity through our donor-advised fund. We are the nation’s top maker of grants to nonprofit organizations, distributing $10.3 billion to charities in 2021. We are looking for top notch customer service professionals to work on the Core Contributions team in Westlake, Texas, or Durham, North Carolina.

  • 0-2 years if Financial Services experience

  • Suggest process improvements and system enhancements that will increase efficiency and/or mitigate risk to the organization
  • Maintain effective business relationships with Fidelity business partners with whom the position interfaces, including Legal, Risk, and Compliance
  • Maintain up-to-date procedures for those functions for which responsible
