Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join their team on a part-time contract basis. The IT Project Manager will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), playing a critical role in defining the scope of work and overseeing the implementation process of ServiceNow and other IT programs. The ideal candidate will be PMP certified, have hands-on experience with ServiceNow, and be familiar with Cisco operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow and other IT programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Serve as the SME for ServiceNow, providing expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage project resources effectively.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.

Qualifications

• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow implementation and management.
• Familiarity with Cisco operations and related technologies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX 77029, two days a week.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
