- Repetitive pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, kneeling stooping, bending and bagging of goods

- Prolonged periods of standing, walking and sitting

- Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs. minimum

The results of this verification process will be used to determine employment eligibility under Gulfstream Goodwills employment policies.

I further authorize ongoing procurement of the above-mentioned reports at any time during my employment.
